Slow Cycle: Get down to London Fields on Sunday 26 September and raise money for Prostate UK without raising your blood pressure!

It's only £10 to enter and the rider with the slowest time over 10 metres wins £100 in cycling vouchers and the adoration of their bicycling brethren.
